VALIDITY: Prices and all other information in this website as subject to change at anytime. Please check correct price and any conditions that apply at time of booking.
BOOKINGS: Booking requests can be made through Pacific Cruises. Bookings are subject to availability of cabins on board. All verbal quotes are subject to change until a final confirmation of the booking is made in writing.
DEPOSITS AND BALANCE OF PAYMENTS: You will be advised of the relevant deposit and booking conditions for each resort at the time of booking. Deposits are required within 7 days of booking. Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to departure, or earlier as advised by your consultant. If no payment or notification has been received by the due dates, it will be automatically assumed that the booking is to be cancelled. If the booking is made 60 days or less prior to departure, full payment is required immediately.
CANCELLATIONS: Should you or any member of your travelling party be forced to cancel, you must notify us in writing. Cancellation fees are usually a minimum of the deposit paid or payable up to 100% of the total land content. You will be advised of the relevant cancellation charges for each resort at time of confirmation of booking. This cancellation fee will be in addition to any fee charges by the cruise liner.
INSURANCE: We strongly recommend that you take out a comprehensive travel insurance policy which will under certain circumstances and subject to policy conditions, cover such things as cancellation fees, baggage, personal liability and accident and medical cover. It is strongly suggested that insurance be paid with deposit payments.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: All travellers should be aware of any health or visa requirements for the countries that they are travelling to. It is the responsibility of all members of the travelling party to obtain a valid passport and any necessary visas and vaccination documents for your holiday. We will not be responsible for any loss or expense due to failure of clients to obtain and necessary travel documents.
AMENDMENT TO PRICE AND ITINERARY: Amendments requested by you to a confirmed itinerary may incur an amendment processing fee that will be a maximum of $50 per booking per amendment. If we have to amend all or part of a booking for reasons that were unforeseen and not of our doing we reserve the right to adjust prices as necessary at any time. This would only occur due to factors which are outside our control and including such things as airfare increases due to currency fluctuations, hotel price increases, or any other increases in services that are part of the tour price. If such changes in itinerary and prices did not suit, you would have the right to ask for rearrangement of your itinerary or cancel completely. In the even of cancellation, only monies left after all suppliers and other cancellation fees had been deducted would be refunded.
RESPONSIBILITY: We will always try to do our best to make sure that all your travel arrangements are satisfactory and we do accept liability for, but only to the extent of any loss or damage sustained by you as a result of our negligence or that of an employee or agent. We do not accept liability for acts or omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of all those providing services in relation to the tour where there is a contract between them and yourselves over which we have no direct control. We do not accept liability damages, injury, delay, loss, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly by events beyond our control, such as, but not limited to, fir, flood, acts of God, or acts of Government. It is the responsibility of the passengers to ensure that he/she is in possession of the proper travel documents and that they are in compliance with the current government and transportation companies regulations. No refunds can be made in respect of accommodation and meals not utilised and under no circumstances can refunds be made for tours and sightseeing excursions not taken.
LAW OF CONTRACT: Any contracts and any legal action arising are governed in all respects by the law of the State of New South Wales.
